Every team enters it after raising their first round— it’s a lonely stretch of crumbling assumptions, painful resets and extreme uncertainty. The silver lining is that the answers are all there, you just have to scratch and claw to find them.

We believe every outlier company is pre-determined by the intensity and focus set by the team in its first couple years. Brickyard is for removing all distractions to go as hard as possible alongside ~20+ other teams who’ve done the same.

• We invest $250-$500k pre-seed / seed.

• Teams move here to go heads down until at least $1m in revenue. Some choose $2m as their forcing function.

• 1 year minimum buy-in. Most teams stay for 18+ months.

• We’re not an accelerator— no programming or demo day.

• We have nothing to do with economic development / no expectation to HQ here permanently.

• Our teams run this place. Brickyard partners are just useful accessories.

• We’ll see 8-10k decks this year, and will invest / offer spots to 10-12.

• We don’t make sense for everyone, and that’s ok.
